[Music] so [Music] he left no time to regret kept his dick wet with his same old safe [Applause] get [Music] so far removed from all that we went through and i i trade a trouble track routes [Music] [Music] we only said goodbye with words i died a hundred times you go back to her [Music] love and so much it’s not enough and life [Music] inside we only said goodbye with words [Music] black [Music] black [Music] blind [Music] we only said goodbye with words [Music] we only said goodbye with words i got 100 times well i did that pluckers i’ve sold fingers again with a classic song from the late amy winehouse of course and back to black okay uh standard tuning uh no capo is doing it in the key that she originally recorded the song in okay i do apologize for the singing i know it’s nothing like the original but it’s just for reference only it’s um it’s very an individualistic type song from a singing point of view this one there is only one version but if you want if you know just to play along with the chords if you want to handle the song whatever here it comes not overly difficult um starts off with the sequence of chords it’s basically you really do need to play on bar chords to get the right sound i think okay so it starts off with a d minor so fifth fret bar minor shape and it’s all really down downstrokes it’s like that sort of thing yeah so d minor [Music] it’s a g minor that’s a bar chord on the third fret and then bar fifth fret on the fifth string and fifth fret on the fourth string okay with your pinky and third finger then we go to up to a b flat major sixth fret bar chord major shape [Music] and then to an a chord down one fret fifth fret bar chord major shape three four and then just the second bar is a7 so you take off the pinky make it a7 so we’ve got a one two three four five six [Music] [Music] and that’s the gist of the song okay and what i did to jazz up the intro was to put a few sliding bass bits in there so what i did for the intro was d minor [Music] that’s a slide on the fifth sixth string from the fifth fret to the third fret [Music] and then you do go up to the on the sixth string from the third fret to the fourth fret so okay and then go to the b flat and then to the a to the a7 and then just as you’re going back to the d minor hit the fifth fret of the bottom e string and then put your pinky up to the eighth fret on the bottom e string and enters d minor now you could carry on doing that through the verse but uh singing it as well i find that a bit tricky so i just left it straight chords in the verse okay but uh certain if you want to try and play that all the way through be my guest okay so just again just slowly this is the way i played the intro right d minor slide from five down to three on the sixth string [Music] g minor up to the fourth fret on the sixth string up to b flat to a chord a7 fifth fret to eighth fret on the bottom e string and then to the d minor again okay and then the verse is basically those chords uh okay so let’s just go through the first verse for you i’ll do the intro and then the first purse he left no time to regret he pepped his dick his way with his same old safe bed me and my head high and my tears dry get on without my guy [Music] okay second verse exactly the same i mean you went back to what you know [Music] right now this is the chorus same chords again okay we [Music] so it goes that the chorus is d minor it’s the same chord sequence okay d minor we said goodbye g minor words you go back to her and i go back stop on the a7 d minor as another next first and the same as usual as is is [Music] goodbye with words [Music] just arpeggiate it just pick around a d minor then a b flat pick a round back [Music] f drag a7 back to the d minor pick around b flat black [Music] i go back to a7 build up i go back you go back to her and i go back a7 [Music] and that’s my take on back to black against please excuse the singing it’s just for reference okay it’s uh no one sings it like she does but it’s a it’s a nice chunky chunk song you can get into if you can get somebody that can sing it properly it’s a really nice song so i hope you enjoyed that a nice simple one for you for a change hopefully and i’ll see you in the next lesson bye for now
